nice and simple
A bit too dark for my liking (im into the really bright layouts atm :P)
and i think the bronze, silver and gold panels (the grey bits) should have a gradient on them to make them stand out more, but apart from that I think its really good

I like the design aspects. However, i think the blue / black theme needs to be lighter? Most hosting websites i have come across are into the whites and silvers.

You dont want the black to be a turn away point for prospective customers.

You should ad some servers or at least hosting related pictures in the header. Also your copyright will look nicer in 1 straight line.

He is right like the rest!

Personnally, the content area is fine. You need a better banner or a banner with less blue. It hurts my eyes. The logo is fine but add more colours instead of just blue.

I like the banner, but honestly that's about it.

It's too dark and more often than not, you can always tell apart those 'not-so-good' webhosts from the others because of they all use a dark layout. Many young webhost wannabes use dark layouts.
I'm not saying all webhosts who use a dark layout are small, one-man "companies" but if I came across that website, I would be thinking it.

Try taking a look at a few of the top webhosts (hostgator, dreamhost, 1and1 etc...) to get a few ideas.
