Let me tell you about the history of it.
The website was born in February 2006. At that time I didn’t have a job and I was broke. In February I posted all 8 tutorials and in March I had 14000 unique visitors. March was the peak of visitors and revenue. That month I earned 300$ just with 8 tutorials posted. In the beginning of April I finally found a job that took all my time away. I didn’t have any more time for my site. Since then I didn’t post any tutorials.
The average unique visitors in the last 4 month was 6500. That means about 130$ per month. That’s without lifting a finger.

Unique-tutorials.com is a very good source of money but you need 1 hour a day to post some tutorials and to promote the website in forums. Until a few months ago I had Google ad-sense. I earned 600$ in 3 and a half months. I decided to remove the Google ads because I could make more.
Now money comes from banners and LAYER-ADS. The banner space on the top of the page was bought 2 month ago for 90$ per month. The administrator of that website is planning on buying it for another 4-5 months at least. The floating banner costs 150$ per month to display. It was bought a month ago and the administrator of that website says he will buy it again for 3 or more months. Layer-ads does not pay to much, just 40 euros per months. That’s about 50$.

I also have another 4 months of hosting.

The site has Google page rank 3
Google indexed over 2000 pages
The forum has 1766 registered users and counting.
The average unique visitors is fallen to 6500.

isn't $600 a bit much for a site with only 26 topics and 504 posts? You seem to have 2000 members but I don't think that's true, and my site which only has 300 members out ranks your site on alexa by 352,409. A bit odd...

the 2000 users are most likely spam bots. they register on forums and post junk threads with adverts etc. i had the same problem on my phpbb forum, had to swap to vbulletin to stop it. you can check the member list and look at the web sites they put into their profiles to see theyre most likely sex sites, or some form of drug/viagra spam site links.

I agree with most of the views posted over here..
To have a Website, you should have time to maintain it, put some new stuff, and much more things...
If you're not able to do it...it's better give chance to another person...
