I'm good at making small vbulletin/IPB forums for people I like.
Useally I add modifications such as ipborarcade.
I had this idea that I could get more members I needed more games for my ibproarcade mod so I decided to look around website from website for more games to download.
Most of these games were free for distribution so I decided to make a site/forum where people could instantly download these game packages for a small amount of money.

Turns out I made a lot of money so I decided to expand my games amount and rebuild my forum.
And with succes my revenue increased to 300$ per month and I now get around 30$ daily from people who are willing to buy games.

But now I having some serious life problems (mortgage, marriage ,debt)
So I deciced to sell this site/forum for some serious cash.

From when this site has been created (2005) I didn't consider making it a community site due the small amount of time I have per day.
If someone buys my site he can turn it into a very big community + earning alot of cash.

This is a very unique site you will not find so many flash games anywhere for instant download.
Someone with real SEO skill can increase the revenue up to 3000$ per month.
